While many large US companies are laying off employees, the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States is hiring. The Fed is mainly looking for talent to beef up and strengthen its arsenal of experts on CBDC technology, blockchain development, digital finance, digital innovation, and more. Most notably, the bank is hiring Digital Finance Innovation managers and FinTech specialists, in addition to blockchain developers.
